Description :- Vintage Ray Ban B&L U. Outdoorsman Ambermatic All-Weather Aviator Sunglasses. These Ray Ban sunglasses have ambermatic lenses that change colour depending upon sunlight conditions and temperature. Cold and sunny they become grey and hot and sunny they turn brown. This feature is inherent to the lenses and will never diminish. The upper side of the crossbar has B&L Ray Ban U. And the underside has B&L RAY BAN 62 14 which refers to the size. These Ray Bans have been professionally refurbished and cleaned ultrasonically. They will be delivered in a carefullu prepared package with an original B&L hardcase. Width bewteen hinges 140 mm. Distance from hinge to end of arm tips 135 mm. These are large sized Ray Bans. These are a gently worn pair of Ray Bans with only slight wear to lenses and frame. These are my favourate lenses and can been worn for driving at night to cut down headlight glare. Vintage Ray Bans are becoming very collectable and a wise from of investment. Delivered with their original vintage Ray Ban Ambermatic All-Weather Case, and in carefully prepared packaging. I have tried to describe the item as well as I can. Study the photographs well. Later models do have BL engraved and in the 1980s Ray Ban was to be found on the right lens in an attempt to counteract imitations.
